Email is answered within 24 hours; postal correspondence is acknowledged by email where an address is provided.
Payment services
ARVION provides the software platform, the merchant dashboard, the API and the merchant relationship. Payment processing, the holding of funds, foreign exchange and settlement are carried out by regulated third-party payment service providers and acquiring partners under their own authorisations. ARVION does not itself hold customer or merchant funds. The identity of the partner(s) applicable to an account is stated in the merchant agreement issued when the account is opened.
Card data is processed in environments that are compliant with the Payment Card Industry Data Security Standard (PCI DSS) and is encrypted in transit and at rest using AES 256-bit encryption.
Governing law
This website, its content and the agreements concluded through it are governed by the laws of the Commonwealth of Kentucky, without regard to its conflict-of-law rules. Disputes are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the state or federal courts located in Kentucky, as set out in the terms of service.
Intellectual property
The ARVION name, the layout of this website, its texts and its illustrations are the property of ARVION LLC or are used under licence. Third-party product names mentioned on this website (commerce platforms, payment providers and productivity tools) are the trade marks of their respective owners and are cited for identification only; no affiliation or endorsement is implied.
Accuracy of the website
We keep the website current. Rates, coverage figures and service descriptions are those in force at the date of publication and may be updated; the merchant agreement and the terms of service prevail over the website in case of discrepancy.
