Payments accepted in 135 currencies, settled the next day.
ARVION is a payment platform for businesses that sell across borders. Shoppers pay by card or by the local method they already use, in their own currency; the merchant is paid in its own currency the next business day.
Fraud is scored before authorisation, tax is calculated at checkout for 45+ jurisdictions, and every transaction is reported as it settles. There is no set-up fee and no minimum term; the Standard rate is published below.
Shoppers pay in their currency. Merchants are paid in theirs.
Multi-currency processing with automatic conversion and settlement in the merchant's own currency.
A buyer in Lisbon sees euros, a buyer in Toronto sees Canadian dollars, and the same checkout serves both. The platform prices and authorises in the shopper's currency, then converts and settles in the currency the merchant has chosen for its account.
More than 135 currencies are accepted at the point of sale, across 45+ countries. Conversion is applied at the time of the transaction and shown line by line on the statement that accompanies each payout.
Section II
Every transaction scored before it is authorised.
Fraud screening by machine learning, in real time, ahead of the authorisation request.
Each payment is assessed as it arrives, using models trained on transaction patterns rather than on static rules alone. The score is produced before the authorisation goes to the issuer, so a suspect transaction is held rather than reversed afterwards.
Merchants see the decision and its reasons in the dashboard and can adjust the thresholds applied to their own traffic.
Section III
VAT, GST and sales tax worked out at checkout.
Tax calculation for 45+ jurisdictions, applied automatically to each sale.
The correct rate is determined from what is sold and where the buyer is, whether that calls for VAT, GST or a US sales tax. The amount is itemised on the receipt and recorded for the merchant's returns.
Rates are maintained by the platform; the merchant does not keep a tax table.
Section IV
Revenue, conversion and geography, as they happen.
Real-time reporting across sales, checkout conversion, markets and trends.
The reporting view is updated as transactions settle: takings by day and by market, the share of checkouts that complete, the methods shoppers prefer, and the direction each figure is moving.
Every report exports in full, and the same figures are available through the API for a merchant's own systems.
Section V
Chargebacks handled, and prevented where possible.
Dispute management with evidence handling and prevention tools.
When a cardholder disputes a payment, the case, its deadline and the evidence requested are collected in one place. The platform assembles the transaction record and lets the merchant respond from the dashboard.
Prevention comes first: clear descriptors, pre-dispute alerts and the fraud score reduce the number of cases that are opened at all.
Section VI
Funds the next day, on a schedule the merchant sets.
Next-day payouts on every plan, flexible timing, and a statement with each transfer.
Settled funds are paid out the next business day by default. Merchants who prefer a weekly or monthly rhythm can set it, and change it later without a new contract.
Each transfer carries its own statement: the transactions included, fees, conversions and the amount landed, so reconciliation needs no second document.
